Q: How long is the delivery time?
A:lt will take from 20 days to 45 days depends on the model and quantity.
Q: What’s the mini order?
A:Depends on model.
Electric scooter: 50-100pcs
ATV/Dirt Bike: 30-50pcs
Electric bike: 50-100pcs
Nomally, you can mix 2-3 diferent models together in one 20ft container, so you can get better price.
Q:How about the shipping ?
A:Depends on your need , We can ship goods by sea ,by air or by rail .
Q: Could I get a discounted price?
A:Yes, if you have a great qty of order, we would give a discount.
Q: Does company accept EURO/RMB ?
A:Yes,we accept.
Q: What is the payment ?
A:We have TT, LC, West Union, Ect.
Q: Did you attend in any aboard exhibition?
A:We went to Germany, Italy, South America, Talwan, Hongkong to show goods in last two years.
Q:Did you atend in Canton fair?
A:Yes, We attended in Germany, Italy, South America, Hongkong exhibitions.
Q: Did export goods to EU/South America/USA ect ?

Q: How can i go to the factory ?
A:Lianmei factory is located in Yong kang, Zhejiang, China. It is 1.5hours from Guangzhou by air; it took 1 hour by car from Yiwu; 2 hours by High-speed Railway from Shanghai to Yongkang South Station. Welcome your visit. Thank you.
Q: Is sample available?
A:Yes, sample order is acceptable.
Q: Do you have certificates for all your products?
A:Yes, we have CE/ROHS/LVD/EEC for EU market ,and we have EPA ,UL for USA market . Please contact us to get more.
Q: Could i use my own LOGO or design on goods?
A:Yes. you can, we can use your own LOGO or your language manual, and etc.
Q: Can I order spare parts?
A:We have all the parts list available for our models.
Q : Do you accept OEM/ODM?

Q: How about warranty ?
A:
1.For escooter and ebike: one year warranty for battery and motor and contoller. 2. For ATV and Dirt bike:6 months warranty for two stroke engine and 1 year for frame, while 12 months warranty for four stroke engine and 1 year for frame.
Q: Are you a directly factory ?
A:Yes,we are factory and sincerely welcome your visit all the time.
