1.How is the bike working ?
Our electricbike has 2 functions.Pedal assisted system,and throttle function.Mainly,PAS is for EU,AU,JAPAN,etc.
Throttle is for North and south American.For PAS function,while you pedaling,the motor will be working.When you stop pedal,the motor stops.
So keep pedaling,keep working.Throttle is very easy, just twist, its working. so we can offer the exactly demands for your market .
2.How long does the battery use ?
Our battery is lithium battery. Recycle time is more than 800tims. And we also have Samsung,Panasonic battery for choice.
3.How long does the bike riding ?
After full charged,we can ride about 50kms with PAS,or 40kms with throttle.
4.How long takes to chargerthe battery?
4-6 hours for full charger.
5.How can we charger the battery?
Its very easy, we can charger it directly to the battery on the bike, or we can just take it home tocharger.
6.Whatyourwarranty?
Frame 3 year,battery 2 year,motor 1 year,controller 1 year.
7.What’s the MOQ ?
30pcs/ model.But we can offer samples for your testing.
8.car we put our logos ?
Yes,we do OEM.We can print your logo on the frame,but at MOQ 30pcs ebikes/model.
9.How many colors we can choose foreach model?
Its based on the qty.Ifit’s a full containerorder model bike,you can choose 3 colorwithYS-color code.If with serval model for a container,we accept 3 colors for a container.
10.do you have CE certifications ?
Yes, we do. we have CE/EN 15 194,EN 14764 from SGS and TUV. We can send you the copy of thefiles.
11.How about the spare parts ?
For the container order,we will offer you 1% value of the bike as free spare parts.A clear list will beoffered for your choice.
12.What if battery break down?
We have warranty for battery,also for frame,motor,and controller.
13.Are you the trade company or manufacture?

be trained for 2 months.And we control thequality very well,for example,we have 4 steps to check the quality.1%, when materil is coming,
